Total Telecom – Real-time self service could unlock €4bn for European operators

Giving mobile customers greater control over their service plans by rolling out real-time self service (RTSS) represents a €4 billion revenue opportunity for operators in Western Europe, according to new research published on Tuesday. Carried out by Sweden-based Northstream on behalf of BSS provider AsiaInfo-Linkage, the research looked at a number of cases where operators have deployed RTSS-like solutions.
