Strategy sounding board to client in preparing corporate vision

A European operator asked Northstream to support in the process of further developing the organization’s strategy and vision. The engagement was a continuation of Northstream’s involvement with the client’s management team in defining the underlying future vision. Northstream supported in building the future vision, establishing the strategic themes and identifying the trends that would affect the mobile operators by 2020. In addition Northstream supported in forming and delivering the resulting messages to the rest of the organization.
