Sell-side Due Diligence

Northstream was invited by a group operator client, who was considering selling one of its operating companies (OpCo), to conduct due diligence (DD) of the OpCo’s network and IT business units. As part of a multidisciplinary M&A transaction team, Northstream was responsible to drive all technical and operational aspects related to the operating assets, comprised of the OpCo’s mobile and fixed networks, including network and enterprise IT environments. The assignment involved extensive interviews with senior management as well as multiple benchmarking analyses; which culminated in a DD report which formed part of the transaction prospectus.
