Northstream identifies key operator concerns
A multi-national telecom player asked Northstream to assist in identifying and defining key topics on operators’ agenda as part of a process to support the client in making its discussions with operator stakeholders as relevant and current for the operators as possible.
Based on Northstream’s expertise and client input, Northstream created a long list of key topics/concerns from the perspective of operator CTOs, CIOs and CMOs and together with the client shortlisted the most important and current topics. For each of the topics, Northstream provided relevant analysis, supporting data, links to reports etc., and did a further breakdown of subtopics, addressing decision paths, commercial, technological and operational aspects.
The information was organized in a format, which the client can subsequently convert to a web-based interface that can support account managers in engaging in early-stage discussions with operators.
