A leading international IoT connectivity service supplier enlisted Northstream’s help to assist in coordinating business development activities related to a number of key accounts. Northstream’s scope of work related to the renewal of existing supply agreements as well as potential supply of new services.

Northstream was responsible for setting up the client’s internal organisation to develop coherent and competitive propositions to the accounts. This involved managing a multi-stakeholder team with members from various divisions including sales, finance, product development, legal and operations. Northstream’s involvement was managed through the client’s management team as the steering committee. Northstream was able to utilise its vast sourcing and outsourcing experience to package, negotiate and conclude a number of opportunities with innovative technical and commercial offerings, which placed scalability and futureproof capabilities at their core.
