Business transformation: Reorganising a broadcast and media operator to meet market pressure and enable long-term growth

A leading broadcast and media operator in Northern Europe, facing changing market circumstances, asked Northstream to develop a reorganisation strategy identifying transformation opportunities to set a foundation for increased efficiency to prevail in changing and increasing competition.

Northstream analysed the client´s internal organisation, profitability and market trends per each business area. The analysis determined the growth potential of the business areas and devised a high-level plan to transform them into more customer-oriented organisations with a clear bottom-line accountability. The new organisation was geared to provide increased transparency, more focus on key growth opportunities and support in managing entire delivery chains.

Northstream’s strategy recommendations enabled the client to make decisions on a way forward and have started the implementation of the business transformation program.
