Per is a Manager at Northstream. He has several years’ experience of market analysis, project management and strategy assessment of wireless and broadband companies. His recent projects at Northstream include performing a business case analysis as part of a due diligence of a fixed operator and assessing potential cost synergies between two telecom operators pre-merger. Per’s focus has over the last two years been to assess strategy revisions and helping operators to quantify their opportunities. Prior to joining Northstream, Per worked as a consultant for Kinnevik owned Shared Services on the post merger integration of two Telecom Operators. His areas included analysis of the technology organization as well as development of the Product Development process. Per holds a M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping Institute of Technology. His personal strengths lie within having a structured and analytical mindset combined with a passion for meeting people and deadlines.
