Northstream assists a data analytics vendor with pricing support for a new solution.
A data analytics vendor was launching a new prediction application in their analytics portfolio, which is targeted to operator customers and aimed at improving network maintenance. The client needed help to set the correct pricing level for the solution.
Northstream analyzed the vendor’s product material and proof of concept results and through the engagement provided answers to four key questions: 1) who are the potential customers to the solution, 2) what solutions are the potential customers currently using, 3) what is the perceived customer value of such a predictive solution, 4) what factors are influencing the buying decision and what is a viable price range and model.
At the end of the project, Northstream delivered a summary of findings in an interactive workshop with the client’s team, in which a lot of insights, questions and ideas were generated.
