Long term network strategy development for a growing European Operator

A fast growing European mobile operator asked Northstream to audit their existing Network strategy in light of their recent growth and changes in the market, in order to support, validate, and give an outside opinion on the work of the operator’s internal strategy development. Based on client input on existing spectrum assets, end-user product offerings as well as market changes, Northstream performed a full review of the Network strategy including a Gap analysis, SWOT analysis, CAPEX and OPEX business case, and financial modelling based on scenario development. Northstream’s report identified market drivers and influencers based on global, regional and local trends, parameters influencing various scenarios of Network development leading to market capture, and spectrum availability for service deployment.
Northstream’s findings served as input to the client’s decision making process for network investments, business strategy development, and contract negotiations.
