Northstream’s client is an IoT company focused on creating an ecosystem platform for connected car services. Following the successful launch of their platform in partnership with a European mobile operator, the client approached Northstream to help them drive their international expansion, by identifying suitable mobile operator distribution partners in other countries. The client was also considering expanding their services into another business area and requested Northstream to assess the feasibility of market entry.
