Improving the customer interaction process for a major system supplier
Northstream scrutinized a few recent system/infrastructure deals from initial Customer request all the way through to contract signature. The analysis was performed from both customer and supplier perspective with the ambition to improve future supplier performance throughout the proposal evaluation process. Northstream interviewed key stakeholders and evaluated the communication and decision processes. In-depth analysis was performed of different supplier functions. As a result, Northstream pinpointed challenges and recommended ways to improve the supplier’s performance. Our Client has taken a number of actions, ranging from process and tool changes to restaffing and changing mandates.
