Enterprise guide to IoT business model transformation

Northstream was engaged by an international IoT connectivity service supplier to create a guide for enterprises to transform their business models through IoT. Northstream’s report outlined the opportunities that lie in redefining the business models by moving from a traditional product to a connected ‘product-as-a-service’, and addressed the challenges that accompany such a transformation.

The report served as a tool to guide the client’s customers and prospective customers on their IoT journey, and outlined best practices for success as well as key considerations across the value chain. As a result, the client was able to strengthen their offering to customers by demonstrating the tangible benefits of implementing an IoT strategy.
