 Ingrid WistrandIngrid is a strategic business consultant with more than 12 years experience in the international telecommunications industry. She has worked on a high variety of assignments, ranging from strategic planning, organisational development, business/financial modelling & analysis to service/product marketing and market launches, both for operators, vendors and investors. In particular, areas of expertise include operator strategic reviews, investment evaluations, license applications and strategic sourcing. Ingrid has a vast international project management experience working on board/CXO-level, particularly from Europe and Asia. Her professional career prior to consultancy includes working in management positions for a Swedish mobile operator (3GIS, currently owned by Telenor and 3/Hutchison) and Ericsson in Sweden, Malaysia and Taiwan. Ingrid has an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from University of Technology, Chalmers, Sweden, including management courses from University of California, Berkeley, USA. |
 Olivier SmithOlivier’s 15+ year professional career includes business strategy and IT consulting to the telecommunications industry. His IT consulting expertise was gained through a range of large-scale telecom systems implementation projects where he was involved in all aspects of systems development life-cycle including requirements analysis, design, software development & integration, testing, and production planning. Olivier’s business consulting experience includes B/OSS sourcing, business operations management, business process re/engineering, and a diverse range of strategic assessments performed on behalf of mobile operators, vendors, and investors. |
