Landry Ndikumasabo

Senior Manager

At Northstream, Landry has been involved in business-critical client engagements spanning several markets and business domains. Recent engagements include Fixed-Mobile Convergence strategy analysis in Western & Northern Europe; mobile payments strategy for start-ups and established clients; analysis of enterprise mobility dynamics and advising on their strategic relevance to the client’s business; advising and supporting clients in network sharing agreement negotiations, including aspects of regulation and anti-trust matters; managing and leading the client’s IT transformation strategy aiming to optimise the outsourcing of various enterprise IT domains; as well as several network systems and operations (out)sourcing assignments.

In the (out)sourcing engagements, Landry has held varying responsibilities, including strategic framing, drafting and negotiations of commercial terms, RFP process management, TCO analysis, as well as a strategic advisory role related to governance model design. Landry’s IT transformation experience relates to domains such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Corporate Business Intelligence (CBI) and ITIL processes. Most of the assignments are part of modernisation and operational profile optimisation programmes.

Landry holds a Masters in Electronic Engineering from the University of Sheffield with experience in the areas of business strategy, technology consultancy and project management.
