Karl Floberg


Karl is a senior strategy consultant at Northstream with broad experience in analysis as well as project and change management. His recent engagement at Northstream includes development of a business case for mobile network sharing between two European MNOs, project manager for post-merger integration project, sourcing of Turnkey services and migration project management for an IP network modernization.

Prior to joining Northstream, Karl worked as a management consultant at Centigo AB. He has previously been on projects covering strategy, process improvements and system implementation. These include analysis of market entry strategies, working capital optimization, organizational restructuring and product lifecycle management.  

Karl holds a Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Lund University, with a focus on Supply chain management as well as Integrated Software Systems.
