A data analytics vendor asked Northstream to develop business cases illustrating evidence of benefits of the analytics solutions at operator customers. Each case quantified the deployment benefits and the resulting annualized impact was put in the context of the operator’s overall business performance. The cases were then transformed into tools for estimating future operator deployment impacts.
A fast growing European mobile operator asked Northstream to audit their existing Network strategy in light of their recent growth and changes in the market, in order to validate the operator’s internal strategy development. Northstream’s findings served as input to the client’s decision-making process for network investments, business strategy development, and contract negotiations.
A European operator faced an immense challenge to launch and go live with LTE within seven months, as well as replace their Managed Services partner. Northstream was brought in to run the initiation and completion of RFP processes for both the LTE network and the managed services on a tight two month schedule.
